Common questions
Is anything charged now?
No. Everything on this page is free until 17 January 2027, and every employer gets the Pro plan features until then. Nothing is ever charged automatically, and you are not asked for a card to try anything.
What happens to my jobs when the free period ends?
Jobs that are already live keep running until their normal expiry, they are never pulled mid-run. From the day after 17 January 2027, publishing a new job, or renewing one, uses one ad credit. Saving a draft is always free.
What is an ad credit?
One credit publishes one job ad for 30 days. A regional credit can pay for a local ad, but a local credit cannot pay for a regional one. Credits from packs last 365 days. The monthly credits in a plan end with the plan month.
What is the difference between a local and a regional ad?
A local ad is shown on HireSVG only. A regional ad is shown there and on the Caribbean hub, so people on every island can see it. Jobs posted on the hub are regional.
How does the founder offer work?
Employers who registered before 17 January 2027 get 50% off the first 12 months of a plan if they subscribe within 30 days after the free period ends. It applies to plans only, not to single ads or packs. We show your price on your billing page.
Do plans renew by themselves?
No. A plan runs for the period you paid for and then stops. We email you a week before. Renew it from your billing page; the new period starts after your current one, so nothing is lost by renewing early.
Is the business directory free?
Yes. A basic directory listing is free, and stays free. Pro listings and featured placement are optional paid extras.
Which currency are the prices in?
US dollars. We show the approximate local amount at the fixed rates of EC$2.70 and BDS$2.00 to the dollar. Bank transfers are invoiced in US dollars.
